For those of us constantly on-the-go, eating healthy can seem near-impossible. Even when snack bars advertise “whole-grain,” “gluten-free,” or “non-gmo,” however, we have to be careful of what they’re leaving out: the amount of sugar per serving.
Searching for granola bars with less than 5 grams of sugar or less can seem frustrating, but hope is not lost, they do exist. Brands, such as Kind, have even come out with bars that have “ONLY 5g SUGAR” labeled on the front of their packaging.
