To Celebrate it’s 15 year anniversary, the Chelsea Market Cookbook is a collection of the best recipes from the Market’s vendors since the Chelsea Market opened its doors in 1997.
With dozens of food shops and restaurants the possibilities are limitless, the book is comprised of 100 recipes for appetizers, main courses, desserts and drinks from the chefs who have worked in the food hall.
The recipes were collected by Michael Phillips and with the assistance of cook book writer Rick Rodgers drawing inspiration from the menus and restaurants inside the Market.
The cook book is available on store shelves and at the Markets for $29.95. You can also buy it on Amazon. The profits going to two charities: Wellness in the Schools, a charity that brings health food to public schools, and Charity Water, which brings clean drinking water to developing nations.
